It's amazing how quick their physical development is at this stage. They have learned to nurse standing on their hind legs or sitting up on their haunches. They are galloping, running up and down our porch stairs, biting each other and mom, dragging blankets around that are 3 times their size, making toys squeak. They have learned to walk all the way from their pen in the kitchen through our hallway, through the entry way down the stairs . Just the part about going potty only out there is not quite consistent yet.
They are also eating dry kibble, raw meat, fish, some of the vegetation outside and of course yanking on our long hair and fingers and toes if they get the chance.
Puppies at this stage seem to be very capable of connecting their actions with the consequences. They will run into something only once or twice, they will cry after that worked once or twice, they will follow my voice when I call "puppy, puppy" quite consistently and they scream their heads off if a litter mate takes a bite (which usually gets their mom to correct the offender).
